Exactly 14 weeks into the 2020 tobacco selling season, the industry has realized over US$140,923,736.28 (K104 Billion) from over 93 million kilograms of tobacco so far sold in all four selling floors.

So far, the market has sold over 56% of trade requirement at an average price of US$1.50/Kilogram representing a 2% rise from last selling season the same period which stood at US$1.48/Kilogram.

Meanwhile, the Limbe selling floors are expected to close by the end of July.
