After a successful 2013 - 2014 selling season registration and licensing for the 2014 - 2015 selling season has now commenced at all our offices and branches nation-wide. This year’s registration and licensing is 100% biometric to maximise security between growers, buyers and other stakeholders. The old Fox-Pro registration has now been officially phased out.
Due to fluctuations of exchange rates the licensing fees have been revised to match the current Dollar ($) exchange rates to the Malawi Kwacha (MK). These new rates can be viewed or printed here. Farmers are asked to visit our offices as soon as they can to process their registrations and licences well ahead of the coming selling season to beat the rush towards the end of the year. However, we ask associations and buying companies to refrain from ferrying in their growers on Lorries to our offices as extremely large turnouts overwhelm our offices and as seen in the past often some growers are left behind at close of business.
As usual, clubs and estates are asked to read through here to determine if they meet requirements to register and license with TCC. Clubs already resisted and looking to license for 2014 - 2015 are still required to bring all executive club members when coming to renew their licenses. Estates are also asked to bring all documentation as stated here when coming to register for the first time.
