After a successful 2014 - 2015 season, registration and licensing for the 2015 - 2016 season has now commenced at all our offices and branches nation-wide. The commission wishes to remind all growers that they are not licensed until they actually pay their respective fees and that only registering does not grant them licenses to sale at the floors.
The commission has also noticed a rise in over-production where grows more that what the licensed for and hence apply for uplifts to sell the excess tobacco they might have harvested. However, with current Crop Size Management requirements and tobacco demands from our merchants TCC will not will not be uplifting Quotas without special approval from the merchants themselves.
Normal registration for the 2015 - 2016 season will be closed on November 30, 2015. Any registrations carried out after that date are charged with a late registration fee (Penalty) which is 50% of the fee applied for. You can browse here to download and print the current fees.
